About Us

Who We Are?

Anchors of Hope Ministry was founded by Gabriel and Yolanda Rosas, a husband-and-wife team whose hearts have been shaped by compassion, faith, and a deep desire to serve those in need. What began as simple acts of kindness soon grew into a lifelong calling, one that continues to touch children, families, and communities across borders.

They are faithfully supported by Lupe and Gladys Diaz of Mexico, whose dedication, leadership, and servant hearts play a vital role in the ministry’s outreach and international missions. Their involvement has strengthened programs that bring hope to underserved children and families, especially in regions facing ongoing hardship.

Anchors of Hope Ministry is also a family-led mission. Gabriel and Yolanda’s children, Billy, Allison, Anthony, and Carlos Rosas,  stand alongside them, each contributing their time, gifts, and passion to support the ministry’s work. Together, they form a united team committed to serving Jesus wholeheartedly and extending His love to those who need it most.

At its core, Anchors of Hope Ministry is a family driven by faith, anchored in compassion, and devoted to showing God’s love through action one child, one family, and one community at a time.

Our Mission & Vision

Our long-term vision at Anchors Of Hope Ministry is to build a ministry that not only brings hope today, but creates self-sustaining change for generations to come. We believe true impact happens when communities are empowered, children are educated, families are supported, and long-term solutions are put in place to break the cycle of need.

Anchors Of Hope Ministry will always remain a volunteer-driven ministry. No one in our organization receives a salary. Everything we do is out of love, and every donation goes directly toward the mission—feeding children, building classrooms, supporting widows, helping families in crisis, and creating programs that will sustain themselves long after we are gone.

Our long-term vision is to build a legacy of hope rooted in Christ. A ministry that continues to grow, multiply, and strengthen communities through faith, compassion, and practical action. We are committed to stewarding every resource with integrity and transparency while building a foundation that will bless future generations.

Together, we believe we can create a ministry that is not just impactful today, but self-sustaining tomorrow a ministry anchored in hope and built to last.

Empowering Lives Through Compassion

At Anchors of Hope Ministry, compassion is more than a value  it’s our calling.
We extend love, support, and hope to children, families, and communities facing hardship, loss, or uncertainty.
Whether it’s a warm meal, a blanket, a prayer, or a classroom being built, we serve with the purpose of uplifting lives and reflecting the heart of Jesus.

Everything we do begins with a simple truth: God never forgets anyone.
We reach those who feel unseen, overwhelmed, or burdened by life.
Our mission is to remind every child and every family that their life holds value, purpose, and hope — no matter their story or circumstance.

We believe real change happens when people come together.
